Check-In/Check-Out

Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am.  If your room is available prior to 4:00pm, you are welcome to check-in earlier.  We regret that we cannot guarantee your room will be available prior to 4:00pm.  A valid credit card and I.D. is required at check-in, including cash paying guests.

Deposits

A valid credit card is required at the time your reservation is made.  Your credit card will be charged the first night plus tax after 4pm on the day the cancellation period expires.  We regret we will be forced to cancel the reservation if the credit card is not valid.  Under no circumstances will we accept personal checks, travelers checks or money orders. 

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made by phone at 1.800.343.8198 or 509.548.6620, no email cancellations will be accepted. 

To avoid a cancellation fee, a reservation for one or two rooms can be cancelled up until 4pm 72 hours prior to the reserved arrival date  EXCEPT the following dates require a 14 Day cancellation notice (not 72 hours):

          Friday, Saturday or Sunday during a Festival or Federal Holiday weekend

          February 10-18

          Thursday, Friday or Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend

          Month of December

          New Year's Day

The cancellation fee is equal to all reserved night(s) plus tax.  We will not refund for cancellations made after the cancellation period expires.  We regret we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies as a cause for cancellation.  No shows will be charged for all room nights reserved.

For reservations with three-five rooms, the cancellation must be made by 4pm two weeks prior to the reserved arrival date in order to avoid the cancellation fee.  For reservations of six or more rooms,  the cancellation must be made by 4pm 30 days prior to the reserved arrival date in order to avoid a cancellation fee.

No Smoking

We are a smoke-free hotel.  If anyone smokes in a guestroom, the guest will be charged a minimum of $250.00.

Children

We love children and always welcome their company.

Pets

We love pets, however, we regret we do not accept pets.  If a pet is brought into a guestroom, the guest will be charged a minimum of $250.00.
