Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am. We regret that we cannot guarantee your room will be available prior to 4:00pm. A valid credit card and I.D. is required at check-in.
Deposits
A credit card is required at the time of your reservation. The credit card will be charged for the first night plus tax on the day your cancellation period expires. If the credit card we have on file is not valid at the time we charge your first night plus tax, we will be forced to cancel your entire reservation. Under no circumstances will we accept personal checks, travelers checks or money orders.
Cancellations
Cancellations and reservation modifications can be made up until 3 days before your reserved arrival date.
No Cancellations or Modifications can be made within 3 days of your reserved arrival date. If a cancellation or modification is made within 3 days of your reserved arrival date, you forfeit the total cost equal to your entire reservation. Your reservation becomes non-refundable at 3 days prior to your reserved arrival date.
We regret we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies and/or personal reasons as a cause for cancellation or modification. No shows will be charged for all room nights reserved.
We will only refund for a late cancellation due to Winter Pass Conditions only if BOTH Snoqualmie Pass and Stevens Pass are closed after 3pm with an unknown re-opening time due to bad weather on the day of your scheduled arrival.
No Smoking
We are a smoke-free hotel. If anyone smokes in a guestroom, the guest will be charged a minimum of $250.00.
Pets
We regret that we do not accept pets. If a pet is brought into a guestroom, the guest will be charged a minimum of $250.00.
COVID-19
We place a heavy emphasis on cleanliness, as well as, the health and safety of our guests and team. We take special care in properly cleaning and sanitizing each guestroom.
We do not offer housekeeping stay-over service.
